How We Work

Her Dreams believe in the Power of Small Changes to Create a Better World. We are dedicated to making a positive impact and being part of the solution.

As change-makers and thought leaders, we aspire to be among the top non-profit organizations that are making a difference in society. Through our scholarship and sponsorship programs, we offer teenage mothers and girls who deserve a second chance at life a chance to rebuild their lives.

Our objective is to bring about positive change in the community by providing meaningful training and support to our affirmative action program beneficiaries and the wider community. We strongly believe that even small changes can make a big difference in people's lives and futures. We partner with like minds in the following ways:-

Partnerships

Creating Synergies with Like-Minded Individuals and Companies. Our mission to implement affirmative action programs can be strengthened with the support of individuals and companies that share our vision. Here are a few ways to get involved: supporting our programs, partnering with us to reach those who have yet to benefit, or contributing to our scholarship and sponsorship funds.

Plug -in opportunities

Connecting Companies to Affirmative Action through Our Foundation. Our foundation welcomes companies and organizations interested in supporting affirmative action in the corporate world. We provide ample opportunities for members of our employment pool to receive legal representation, psycho-social support, and secure new job positions.

Training for Organisations

Providing Training for Organizations on Affirmative Action. Our organization offers training on affirmative action, including advice on integrating gender-responsive programs and increasing the representation of women to boards, leadership and governance positions.
